I have made a few visuals for Albert Heijn for an internal presentation. While I can not show all the visuals due to certain company constraints. I can show you the top one. This visual addresses the so called Shrinkage. Shrinkage means inventory loss. This loss can happen due to theft but also due to Shelf life or expiration date. Simply said, Shrink costs Money. So this visual shows that Shrink means throwing money away.
In this visual standard Albert Heijn Packaging is used. The product being sold is “Fresh Money”. This money is past its expiration date so a discount sticker is put on the packaging.
